Directions to Our Office
The Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) office is located in the MGT Building (formerly Cicero) at the north end of The Gateway, northwest of the Olympic Plaza, on the second floor.
Accessing the Second Floor
- From Rio Grande Street: Use the elevator or stairs across the street to the northwest of the Olympic Plaza.
- From 400 West: Follow the walkway, just north of the Union Pacific building, and walk westward past Flanker restaurant and across a pedestrian bridge. No stairs or elevator are needed from this direction.
- From the MGT Building Parking Garage: Take the elevator or stairway, located in the opposite cormer from the garage entrance ramps, to level 2.
- From the Second-Floor Elevator: Exit the elevator and stairs alcove, head right and enter the first doorway on the right. Once in our building, WFRC's entrance is at the end of the hall on the left.
Driving Directions
- From I-15 Southbound:Â Take the eastbound 600 North exist. Turn right (south) at 400 West. At 50 North, turn right (west). The MGT building is on the southwest corner of 50 North and Rio Grande Street.
- From I-15 Northbound:Â Take the eastbound 600 South exit. Turn left (north) at 400 West. At 50 North, turn left (west). The MGT building is on the southwest corner of 50 North and Rio Grande Street.
Parking
MGT Building Underground Parking is accessed on the south side of 50 North St, just west of Rio Grande Street.
Note:Â Our parking garage uses an automated system. After parking:
- Scan one of the QR codes displayed throughout the garage area.
- Enter your license plate number and credit card information.
- Meeting invitees can obtain validation codes from WFRC's front desk.
Transit Directions
- From the FrontRunner North Temple Station: Walk south of the station to 500 West. At 50 North, turn left (east). The MGT building is on the southwest corner of 50 North and Rio Grande Street. You'll need to take the elevator or stairs from the southeast corner of the building.
- From the TRAX North Temple Bridge/Guadalupe Station (Green Line): Descend the escalator to the ground level and follow the FrontRunner North Temple Station directions.
- From the TRAX Arena Station (Blue and Green Lines): Walk towards the Union Pacific building and cross 500 West. Enter the Gateway using the walkway to the north of the Union Pacific building and walk west past Flanker restaurant and across a pedestrian bridge to the WFRC office.

Bike Parking: WFRC offers bike parking inside our office. There are also suitable outdoor lock-up options nearby, including bike racks along 500 W, 200 feet southwest of our front door.
