Public Participation Plans and Procedures

Public Participation Plan

WFRC has developed the Public Participation Plan (PPP) to be used in the development and adoption of the RTP, TIP, and Unified Planning Work Program, as well as other plans and programs. The PPP encourages residents of the Wasatch Front region to participate in the transportation planning and decision-making process.

Americans with Disabilities Act Effective Communication Policy

WFRC’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Effective Communication Policy assists in identifying and implementing ways to provide reasonable accommodations and auxiliary services to persons with disabilities.

The Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan outlines the processes for identifying individuals who may require language assistance, providing the necessary support, training staff, and notifying the public about available resources.
